Rights in your work

Zoromi makes no promise about who owns works created with the Service, whether they are protected by copyright, or whether they may be used commercially. Works are produced with third-party AI models, so the answer depends on applicable law, your own contributions and those providers' terms. The Terms of Service govern, and our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

If you plan to publish or sell a work, these steps are commonly taken:

  • Keep records of your own contributions: your story or script, your choices, and your edits.
  • Make sure you have the rights to everything you put in, including the consent of any real person shown or voiced.
  • Keep AI-generated labels and watermarks in place, and disclose AI assistance where required.
  • If you register a copyright, describe the AI assistance and your human contribution truthfully.
