👥 Keep the same characters in every episode
Pick saved character designs for the next episode and build on the cast you have already created. Review the references for each scene before generating.
This walkthrough starts a new Quick Video Story and uses the same character names to find saved designs in the Script step. You can also continue a saved project with Make another episode with this cast.

Paste the next episode's script
Open Make a movie and choose Quick Video Story. Paste the next episode into “Story, script, or action request”, using the same character names as before. Copy the text from your document instead of uploading a Word or PDF file.

Pick your saved characters
Under “Matched from your previous designs”, click a character and press Use. A suggestion alone is not selected: check that the character shows Selected and that the selected count at the top went up. If several saved designs share a name, look at each and choose the right one. Then choose Keep my writing and click Run stage 1: Develop Script.

Optional: use your own picture
Want a character to look like a picture you already have? You can upload it. Open References and click Run stage 2: Generate References, open the character's card, click Replace…, choose local, then Choose File. Uploading a picture does not change the card's description: if they disagree, click Edit, correct the description and choose Save text only, so your picture is kept.

Check the cards and continue
Characters you reused already show their picture and Ready. Only new characters and places still need a picture, and its price is on the Generate References button before anything is charged. Check each picture, then continue to Plan & Generate. Repeat these steps for every new episode.
