Frequently asked questions
One script becomes a short-drama series — how script to video works, what it costs, and how characters stay consistent.
What is Zoromi Studio?
Zoromi Studio is an AI short-drama studio: a story to video AI with consistent characters. Paste a script, and Zoromi designs the cast, breaks the script into shots, shows you the exact price, and generates the episode clips with the same characters throughout — a short-drama series for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Reels. The same story can also become an illustrated book with the same cast.
How do I turn a script into a video?
Paste your script or story (one sentence is enough — Zoromi can expand it into a full script), pick a vertical 9:16 format for Shorts, TikTok, and Reels, review the cast and the price it shows you, and confirm. Zoromi plans the shots, builds character references, and generates every clip. No prompting skills, editing software, or setup required.
How much does it cost to make an AI short drama?
Pictures, video clips and audio use Gems. Buy a one-time Gems pack when you need one, or choose an optional monthly plan; no subscription is required. Costs depend on the selected settings and amount of content. Most generations show their exact price before they run. If a generation fails because of a problem on our side, the Gems charged for it are returned — automatically in most cases, otherwise through support. Check the Gems shown for the action you are about to run and see the pricing page for current options.
Do the characters stay consistent across episodes?
Zoromi supports a recurring cast with saved character, location and prop reference designs. Select those designs for new scenes and episodes, using the reference options available in your chosen workflow and model. You can review the cast before generation and refine individual clips while keeping the rest of the episode.
Can I make more episodes with the same characters?
Yes. Continue a saved story project with Make another episode with this cast, or choose + New Episode in an existing series. Paste the next part of the story, then review the returning cast and reference images before planning. Saved designs can be pre-selected or offered as library suggestions; each episode has its own story and clip plan.
How can I explore Zoromi before creating?
You can watch finished public examples without an account. Creating pictures, video clips and audio uses Gems. Any time-limited welcome Gems offer is subject to its displayed eligibility and expiry. Check the price and Gems displayed for the action you are about to run, and see the current pricing page for available options.
How long does it take?
It depends on the length of your script, how many clips it needs, and the video model and resolution you choose, so there is no fixed time. Review the shot plan before generating video clips and the displayed price before each paid step. Illustrated books follow a similar planning path with page images instead of clips.
Can I make an illustrated book instead of a video?
Yes. Zoromi is also an AI storybook generator: the same story can become an illustrated book using reusable character designs. Export the finished book as a print-ready PDF, or turn its pages into video clips.
